Welcome to SaazRang. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or device settings.

Many of our sarees are handcrafted or handwoven. Minor irregularities in weaving, printing, embroidery, or texture are inherent characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

2. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Government regulations.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

3. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected products and serviceable locations.

Customers must make payments only through the official payment methods provided on the SaazRang website. SaazRang shall not be responsible for payments made to any unauthorized bank account, UPI ID, QR code, phone number, or any third party claiming to represent the brand.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (for prepaid orders), or
  • Successful COD confirmation (where applicable).

SaazRang reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Any other reason deemed necessary to protect the interests of SaazRang

Customers may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

If:

  • an order is cancelled by SaazRang, or
  • payment is successfully deducted but the order is not processed,

the refund will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Festivals
  • Courier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

While SaazRang will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To process any claim related to damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded continuously from the unopened package until the complete product is visible.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

8. Product Care

Silk, handwoven, embroidered, and other delicate fabrics require special care.

We recommend dry cleaning only for silk and delicate sarees to preserve their quality, color, texture, and longevity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the SaazRang website—including but not limited to images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, videos, designs, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of SaazRang.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaazRang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall, in all circumstances, be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

11. Fraud Prevention

SaazRang never requests payments through personal bank accounts, unofficial UPI IDs, QR codes, or personal phone numbers.

Customers are advised to verify payment details before making any transaction.

SaazRang shall not be responsible for losses arising from fraudulent calls, messages, fake websites, or unauthorized payment requests.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
